Christmas Day changes
NO RUBBISH OR RECYCLING COLLECTIONS ON CHRISTMAS DAY – MONDAY 25TH DECEMBER
Christmas day will be a day off for all Kaipara Refuse Staff so we can enjoy our Christmas pudding!
NORTHERN RUN
Pouto, Te Kōpuru, Glinks Gully and Baylys Beach
Collection will be FRIDAY 22nd December 2023 (instead of 25th December - Christmas day) PLEASE HAVE BAGS OUT BY 8am as collection times will differ from usual!!ALL OTHER COLLECTION DAYS REMAIN THE SAME THROUGHOUT DECEMBER AND JANUARY for the northern run.
EASTERN RUN
Mangawhai
Collection will be on FRIDAY 22nd December 2023 (instead of 25th December – Christmas day)
+ Thursday 28th December - EXTRA MANGAWHAI KERBSIDE RUBBISH AND RECYCLING COLLECTION

New Years Day
Monday 1 st January 2024 - will be a normal collection day for waste and recycling in the Eastern area.
EXTRA SUMMER RUNS
Mangawhai
FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY 2024, Mangawhai rubbish and recycling collection will be twice weekly (Monday/Thursday) due to summer population increase.
Daily emptying of litter bins will occur over this period in Mangawhai.
PLEASE HAVE BAGS OUT BY 8am as collection times will differ from usual!!
West Coast
GLINKS GULLY
From 28th Dec-11 Jan Glinks Gully will have an extra run on THURSDAYS
BAYLYS BEACH (from Rehutai road)
From 29th Dec-12 Jan Baylys Beach will have an extra run on FRIDAYS
OMAMARI (village)
From 30th Dec-14 Jan Omamari will have an extra run on SUNDAYS
